The employee pays a percentage of their wages and so does the employer, unless the employee chooses to opt out<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employers must do the following in relation to Autoenrolment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Work out who to put into a pension<\/li><li>Choose a pension scheme<\/li><li>Put eligible staff into a qualifying pension scheme<\/li><li>Write to staff<\/li><li>Declare compliance<\/li><li>Re-enrol staff that have left the pension scheme every three years<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees can expect to receive information relating to the Employers pension scheme, whether they qualify for autoenrolment and if they can join if they don&#8217;t qualify<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Autoenrolment is a Government Initiative that requires all employers to put eligible employees into a pension scheme.
